Admissions/Application Instructions

Step 1:  Attend an Informational Tour.  When  you visit St. Joseph Parish School, you will learn about our program, curriculum, mission, history, educational philosophy, and have the opportunity to visit classrooms and meet students. Tours last between 1 and 2 hours and are intended for adults.

Step 2: Return all application materials and fees to: St. Joseph School, 220 Mountain Park Blvd. SW, Issaquah WA 98027.  All application materials must be completed before an application is accepted.

 $75 nonrefundable application fee per child

 A Teacher Evaluation Form should be given to each student’s current teacher(s). Please have the teacher(s) complete and mail the form directly to St. Joseph School. These are confidential and cannot be received directly from the parent/guardian or student.

Step 3: Student Assessment:  After all application materials have been received, you will receive an email from the school to call us and schedule an assessment appointment. Kindergarten assessments will be done in a group environment.

Step 4: Admission Decisions:  All Kindergarten applicants will be contacted by letter regarding their application  status. Letters will be mailed in mid-March.  All applicants for grades 1-8 will be contacted by phone during the same time period. Students applying for Grades 2-8 will be assessed using computerized MAP testing.

February  26             Kindergarten Assessments (Elementary Assessments are done by appointment)

Mid-March                Notification Letters Mailed

March 30, 2018        Registration materials and fees must be received in Issaquah School office
