Annual Fund


Our Annual Fund helps us to bridge the gap between tuition costs and the actual cost to educate students. It is one of our three fundraisers, which also include the Auction and the Walkathon. 

Annual Fund FAQ’s: 

Q: Why does the school ask our parents to pledge now for next Fall’s Annual Fund? 
A: We try to give parents an opportunity to plan for next year’s financial commitments and get a jump on their annual giving. 

Q: Can I make my Annual Fund donation with my monthly tuition payment? 
A: Yes, pledges made now can be added to your 2019-2020 tuition contract and made payable over July 2019-June 2020. This is the easiest way to complete your annual fund commitment. Please see the options below, or contact for more information. 

Q: Are we required to pledge to the Annual Fund now?
No. However, you will get a letter in the fall encouraging you to pledge. 

Q: Is my annual fund gift tax deductible? 
A: Yes. Contributions made to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible as allowed by law and are eligible for company matches, which can double or triple your donation. 

Q: How can I double or triple my donation through a company/employer match? 
A: Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that match charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies may even match gifts made by retirees, spouses, and board members. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of the gifts.
